Returns & Exchanges

All greeting cards are non-refundable, however Art And Pia Shop will do exchanges. If this is a concern, please feel free to contact me. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

I will do my best to make sure every item ordered meets the desires of the buyer, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact me right away and I will see what I can do to make it right.

Shipping Policies

USA/INTERNATIONAL 
Shipping to the US may take up to 5 business days. Shipping internationally can take anywhere from a week to three weeks. Any customs fees due on delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Art And Pia is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses, so please make sure to double-check the address you have on file with Art And Pia Shop so that your purchased items find their rightful owners!

Payments

I accept paypal and venmo. I do not accept credit cards due to unknown privacy policy between buyer and wix store. To keep everything secure and safe I only accept Paypal and Venmo. 

If paying by e-check via PayPal, your payment may take 3-5 business days to clear, however I will ship your goods as soon as it does.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have. I aopen for custom orders but once the booking to design is full I will put custom orders on hold until further bookings open up.
